One Account Per User
Each individual may hold only one active uk9i account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances held within duplicate accounts. Identity verification may be requested to enforce this rule.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on uk9i are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. uk9i will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
Right to Suspend Accounts
uk9i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including accounts associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the uk9i website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules incorporated by reference herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the uk9i platform and close your account.
Electronic Acceptance: Your use of the uk9i platform constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under applicable electronic contracting principles. You do not need to sign a physical document — your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.
Minors Strictly Prohibited: The uk9i platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or accessing any real-money gaming feature on this platform. Misrepresentation of age during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration & Eligibility
To access real-money gaming features on uk9i, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following eligibility requirements and registration conditions apply.
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on any online gaming platform.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory as defined in Section 1.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a uk9i employee where such relationship would create a conflict of interest in relation to the gaming services.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active uk9i account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, uk9i reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical wagers, and forfeit all balances held therein.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
uk9i may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any point during your use of the platform. KYC verification typically requires submission of:
- Government-issued photo ID — National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of address — Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months.
- Payment method verification — Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits.
- Selfie with ID — In certain cases, uk9i may request a live selfie alongside your identity document.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. uk9i is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of delayed withdrawals attributable to incomplete KYC submissions.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. uk9i will never request your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify uk9i's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. uk9i shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the uk9i platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uk9i does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own charges independent of uk9i.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
4.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change at uk9i's discretion with reasonable notice.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for bKash and Nagad; bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking business day.
- uk9i reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions for verified accounts in good standing.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
- uk9i reserves the right to conduct additional security and KYC checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Finance / Wallet section of the platform and are subject to periodic review.
- uk9i reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraudulent, suspicious, or terms-violating activity is suspected. During any such investigation, the User will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Source of Funds: uk9i may request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits where transaction volumes or patterns trigger anti-money laundering (AML) review obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality pending resolution.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
uk9i offers a range of promotional incentives to registered members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin awards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup cycles. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds and free spins awarded carry an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering contribution of different game types (slots, live casino, sports) varies per promotion.
One Bonus Per Household
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available once per household, per device, and per IP address. uk9i reserves the right to withdraw a bonus where multiple accounts from the same household or device are detected.
Bonus Abuse
Attempting to exploit bonus terms through irregular betting patterns, hedging strategies designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements, or coordinated play across accounts constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
uk9i reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-cycle, uk9i will endeavour to honour bonus funds already credited to Users' accounts where reasonably practicable. The decision of uk9i's promotions team regarding any bonus dispute is final.
Section 6
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the uk9i platform are sourced from internationally certified Game Providers. Each game operates according to the rules established by its respective provider. uk9i does not modify game mechanics, payout structures, or RNG behaviour from the certified state in which games are delivered by their providers.
6.1 Certified RNG
All slot titles, RNG table games, and virtual sports products available on uk9i use random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified for fairness and unpredictability by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Certification status is maintained by the relevant Game Provider and is publicly verifiable through the provider's official documentation.
6.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a software malfunction, game interruption, or technical error that affects the normal operation of any game or betting market, uk9i reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the User's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. uk9i shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the voided stake.
6.3 Sports Betting & Cricket Markets
- All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI).
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, settled bets will follow uk9i's event-specific rules published in the relevant betting market.
- Live in-play odds are subject to suspension and adjustment at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
- uk9i reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at any time, including for VIP accounts, at its sole discretion.
6.4 Obvious Errors
Where a game, betting line, bonus offer, or promotional term contains an obvious typographical or pricing error, uk9i reserves the right to correct the error and, where a User has derived a material benefit from the error, to void the relevant transactions. uk9i will endeavour to identify and correct obvious errors promptly and to communicate corrections to affected Users in a timely manner.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered member of uk9i , you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances.
7.1 Prohibited Activities
- Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one uk9i account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
- Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
- Money laundering: Using the uk9i platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. uk9i maintains full AML compliance procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
- Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, exploits, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward uk9i staff, live dealer personnel, or other players through any communication channel.
- Unauthorised third-party access: Sharing account credentials with third parties, operating accounts on behalf of another person, or permitting another individual to use your account.
7.2 Consequences of Breach
In the event that uk9i determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in any prohibited activity, uk9i reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:
- Immediately suspend or permanently close the User's account.
- Void any pending or settled wagers associated with the prohibited activity.
- Forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money funds, where those funds are directly associated with or derived from the prohibited activity.
- Recover any funds already withdrawn by the User that were derived from activity later determined to constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Report the User's details and activity to relevant law enforcement, financial intelligence, or regulatory authorities where required by law.
uk9i will endeavour to communicate the reason for any account action to the affected User and will provide a reasonable opportunity to contest the decision through uk9i's formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming
uk9i is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
- Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum continuous gaming session duration. When the limit is reached, the platform will prompt you to take a break before continuing.
- Reality Checks: Opt in to periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and the net result of your current gaming session.
- Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
- Self-Exclusion: Apply for a formal self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. uk9i will make every reasonable effort to enforce the exclusion across all platform communications and marketing channels.

uk9i strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age. All accounts undergo age verification checks and uk9i reserves the right to close any account where the registered User is found to be a minor, with all associated balances forfeited in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Section 9
Intellectual Property
All content published on the uk9i platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, promotional graphics, game thumbnails, video content, and software — constitutes the intellectual property of uk9i or its licensed Game Providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any uk9i content without prior written authorisation from uk9i.
- The uk9i brand name and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
- Game content, including visual assets, audio, and game mechanics supplied by third-party Game Providers, remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. uk9i holds a valid licence to present such content on the platform.
- Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of any content from the uk9i platform is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorised use of uk9i intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability in addition to immediate account termination. uk9i actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uk9i's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 Exclusions of Liability
uk9i expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or uk9i had been advised of its possibility:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
- Loss of data or loss of business opportunity.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any nature.
- Losses arising from third-party platform outages, payment provider delays, or internet service interruptions beyond uk9i's direct control.
- Losses resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Losses arising from a User's voluntary use of responsible gaming tools, including cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, where those tools function as intended.
10.2 Platform Availability
uk9i aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. uk9i will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance but shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during maintenance or outage periods.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the uk9i platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. You represent that you are gambling voluntarily, with funds you can afford to lose, and that any losses incurred are not the financial or legal responsibility of uk9i beyond the return of stakes in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms & Conditions.
Section 11
Amendments & Termination
11.1 Amendments to These Terms
uk9i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a User — uk9i will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address on your account and/or via a prominent on-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting updates) may take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
11.2 Account Closure by User
You may close your uk9i account at any time by contacting live chat support or by submitting a written closure request to support at uk9i.com. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) working days. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements or open KYC obligations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
11.3 Account Closure by uk9i
uk9i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:
- The User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The User provides false, incomplete, or unverifiable identity information.
- Continued account operation would expose uk9i to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
- The User has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies — see below).
11.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). uk9i will notify the registered email address of the impending dormant classification at least 30 days in advance. Following dormant classification, a nominal monthly administration fee may be applied to the account balance where a balance remains. uk9i will not close a dormant account that retains a positive balance without first making reasonable attempts to contact the account holder.
Section 12
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with your use of the uk9i platform or these Terms & Conditions, the following process applies.
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact uk9i's customer support team via live chat or at support at uk9i.com to attempt informal resolution. uk9i's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (BST) and will aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) working days. The majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved at this stage.
12.2 Formal Dispute Escalation
If informal resolution does not produce an outcome acceptable to you, you may escalate your dispute in writing to uk9i's dedicated disputes resolution team at support at uk9i.com with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Username]". uk9i will conduct a full review of the dispute and provide a final written decision within 14 calendar days of receiving the formal escalation. During the review period, any balances directly related to the dispute may be held pending resolution.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and uk9i with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
12.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
